search filter `archived`/`fork` "yes/no/only" values are confusing

A user was confused by the fact that archived:yes turned up repositories when there were in fact no repositories on their Sourcegraph instance. In fact, it just "includes" archived repositories and archived:only shows no repositories as expected.
We should rename these somehow to make this more clear.
