Highlighting cuts off before the last line shown in the preview

For multiline matches, the last line in the preview context is not highlighted when it should be. If the expand button is available, clicking the expand button colors the last line if it should have been highlighted. This behavior is misleading because it looks like the highlighting stops and isn't part of the match, but really it is part of the match, but just not highlighted.
Affects regexp and structural search #6899.
