`r:sourcegraph/sourcegraph func` gives no results on sg.com when indexed-search pod is down

@nicksnyder reported this yesterday. I mitigated the issue by turning off indexed search and reducing maxReposToSearch from 10000 to 50 from the admin UI. Of course it would be better to track down whatever caused this and fix it.
