Bitbucket Server integration: wrap up marketplace submission

Bitbucket Server plugin can currently be installed as a self-hosted plugin from its repository (https://github.com/sourcegraph/bitbucket-server-plugin), but it should be downloadable from the Atlassian Marketplace.

This is mostly a matter of getting the right assets together so that the submission is successful:
