bext: search on Sourcegraph query transformer issue

Running a search via the GitHub search box and selecting search in Sourcegraph interprets the input as literal. However, when selecting the search in the Sourcegraph button, it correctly interprets org: and uses repo filter. More context can be found in this thread.
