Batch changes creation bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to demo.sourcegraph.com
2. Search for "colors": "1.3
3. Click the Create Batch Change button
4. Assign a name and click the Create button
5. Observe the following error:

Might be due to the unbalanced quote in the search query?
