Site Admin:Repository status page scrolls back to top automatically

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Site Admin > Repositories > Repository status
2. Select "Failed fetch/clone" on a server that has at least a page of failed repos
3. Scroll down the page
4. Wait for a few seconds
5. The page scrolls back to the top

Expected behavior:

The page does not scroll back to the top after a few seconds.

Actual behavior:

The page scrolls back to the top and you must scroll down to where you were. This is especially annoying if you are investigating a single repo that has failed.
