Remove extensions decorations column display support

As we're going to deprecate the current Sourcegraph extensions there's no need in extensions decorations column view enabled under enableExtensionsDecorationsColumnView experimental feature (see PR https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/36007).
