Insights: SortFilterSeriesPanel improvements (sorting data series)

For context about limitations see the discussion to PR #36376

Improvements:

  • change the content of label when section is collapsed. It should be shortened and display only type of sorting and number of series (for example: 'A-Z, 20)
  • add information about the total number of series available for the given insight and help users understand that sorting applies to all the available series, not only to the currently visible ones (needs design).
