Command palette focused item is not visible

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open command palette with more than 8 items (e.g. file view with CodeCov and git-extras extensions enabled).
2. Click arrow down key until the focus item leaves the command palette viewport.
3. Scroll with a mouse/trackpad to the focused element.

Expected behavior:

Focused item is always visible.

Actual behavior:

Focused item is sometimes not visible.
