Document existing state of supporting large-scale customers vs goal state

Problem to solve

To prioritize the work needed to achieve our strategic customer goals, we need to first understand the current state of how well our deployments and features support strategic-scale customers, as well as any potential gaps.

We then need to compare that to the desired state for every feature/deployment/function, and determine the most important gaps.

Measure of success

This work will let us build the roadmap items and priorities for the strategic workflow.

Solution summary

@Joelkw is working closely with the product teams and sales teams to gather all the relevant information and prepare both the current state and desired state artifacts.
