insights: make full width dashboard view

Just a quick idea around "no-page" layout for the dashboard layout (google docs recently shipped this mode/setting for document layout), imagine that you have a control that allows to you switching between standard view and full page width view like on the screenshot below

Low priority thing since we're moving from the dashboard page in general

• I think the last time when we had this idea we decided to stick with the current narrow width of the grid container because other product pages use this layout and we want to be persistent with other parts of the product.
• But (a few buts)
• What if we make this with narrow width by default and allow to set up this manually with some control
• Other pages don't have information as we have - space-sensitive information, a small chart is really hard to read properly especially when we have more than 2-3 charts on the same page.
