Problem to solve

The existing template collection for about.sourcegraph.com, including components, requires optimisation to support a robust templating solution to enable fast delivery.

Measure of success

Content platform team can consistently deliver on time according to our stakeholders' deadlines. Content platform team can more easily work on about.sourcegraph.com and deliver high-quality templates

What specific customers are we iterating on the problem and solution with?

• Marketing: The Marketing team requires fast turnaround times for work that requires new templates, as well as changes to existing content and templates.

Impact on use cases

The marketing team is building content around our five uses cases to better communicate to customers how Sourcegraph can benefit from our product. A more reliable and easy-to-modify marketing site will better empower the marketing team to get this message across to customers effectively.

Delivery plan

We will approach this in an iterative manner with the aim to include at least 1 optimisation per sprint
