Admin analytics improvements (MVP)

RFC 692 - Improving the display of value throughout the product defines opportunities to improve the analytics we display to admins.

This project will use that RFC and the recomendations there-in to improve our admin analytics screens. We will utilize existing event data to solve the most requested analytics concerns, display data points that clearly explain the value of the product and time saved to developers.

The MVP will explore the use of simple, transparent, and trustworthy calculators admins can use to equate Sourcegraph to value in terms of developer time saved and engineering efficiency.

• Usertesting.com task based evaluation (canceled due to number of actual user interviews)
