Code Insights: Header in the creation UI flow

Headers are missing the link for the insights icon (should link to the screen user cam from like back arrow in the browser). Also missing in editing UI.
Creation UI has 2 steps - choosing the type of the insight and creating the insight. Now, we use the same step 'Create new insight' for both states so the user cannot come back to the previous step using the header navigation.
In addition, needed change in copy (remove 'new') for consistency with other parts of the app

UX - inconsistent experiences throughout the product that negatively impacts the learnability and integrity of the flow
Visual - focused on inconsistent graphical aspects of the interface like shapes, colors, etc.

Medium - improves the experience and is connected with planned changes for compute insights

Medium - it would be good to address it before / together with Compute x Insights project
