SSBC: Allow to abort workspace resolution

I recently spawned a workspace resolution, that would take forever. It's hard to abort a running resolution other than changing the spec and triggering a new one (which users don't necessarily know works). We should make the "cancel" button actually cancel the resolution, not just stop polling.
