Resource Estimator: Include units or add some wording/explanation

Describe the issue

On the resource estimator, could we please get a bit better detailing/clarity on what the units are for each column? For example, I think "CPU Requests" can say "2". But... it's not the # of requests, it's the number of "cores", right?

This would help AERs make more uhh intelligent sounding recommendations 😅

Suggested resolution

Suggestions include:

• listing the units next to the value in each cell
• some sort of hover-tip with a little ℹ️ button or something, explaining the units
