design the "everything is powered by search" idea for batch changes

Feature request description

Thorsten's idea:

Imagine: batchchange:sourcegraph/release-sourcegraph-3.39.1 type:changeset select:changeset.state open would return all open changesets in the given batch change. You could then put that into a Code Insight and get a nice graph 😃
