Docs Site Mobile Nav

Overall, the navigation of the docs site on mobile is a difficult user experience.

1. Left nav does not show up on mobile, which makes it difficult for users to browse outside of the topic they're looking for.
2. User sees the Sourcegraph logo twice, tapping the top one just reloads your page and tapping the bottom one takes you to the product.
