Code monitor action cancel buttons don't undo changes

0. Enable experimentalFeatures.codeMonitoringWebHooks
1. Create a code monitor with a webhook or slack action and save it
2. Go back to edit the monitor
3. Modify the URL in the action, then click "Cancel" inside the action's panel
4. Open the action again

Expected: URL is restored to the original value

Actual: Modified URL is still there
