Code monitoring log: create page or view for exact results for a trigger event

Currently, there is no way to express a code monitoring search as a query. We are giving users links to before/after filters but this is not fully accurate for a number of reasons. We should consider creating a page or view where users can see the exact results that were returned for a specific trigger event. We already save those results in the database.
