Research and journey map for getting users to their "Aha" moment

Problem to solve

The initial user experience is not well understood for each target user and use case. Visualizing our user's challenges and "Aha" moments, how their workflow maps to Sourcegraph will allow us to optimize their experience. We know that adding private code drives up Retention significantly although it's clear that many of our users don't have the right permissions and access to do that for their org code.

Measure of success

We(in Product and Marketing) have a common baseline understanding of what individuals experience on Sourcegraph. We have identified at least 3 initiatives that will get individuals to value faster.

Solution summary

We aim to understand those challenges and provide escape paths in crucial decision/blocking moments so users can continue to experience value.
