Insights: the main two example insights have weird date timelines

1. Change the timeline so we have 1 datapoint for month, not daily datapoints (better example to show over time), so each datapoint is like May 7, April 7, March 7, etc. This is correct in the figma (x-axis has months) so maybe it just got missed.
2. Change the css module migration example to have evenly-spaced datapoints – seems the datapoints are not evenly spaced in time right no.
