insights: Our new "add insights" button doesn't preserve your page flow and doesn't place newly created insights correctly

The first time, I create an insight using the new "add insights" button and it doesn't remember what dashboard I came from: it takes me back to the global dashboard and doesn't attach my insight to the "new [private]" dashboard I was just on (which it should, because this is on the dashboard level in the header now and says "add insights" implying it's this dashboard). This is incorrect – my newly created insight should have been placed on my "new [private]" dashboard that I created the insight from.

The second time I create an insight using the main CTA for creating insights and it does correctly place my new insight back on my "new [private]" dashboard rather than the global dashboard. This is correct, so the issue is with the "add insights" button flow (and not the main CTA, which works here) specifically somehow.
