codeintel cleanup: Delete all deprecated arguments for gosyntect / syntect_server

There are several arguments that are old & deprecated for gosyntect & syntect_server. Now that they live in the same repo and are deployed in lockstep, we no longer need to keep them around, but I didn't want to try and delete all of em in the first deploy of tree-sitter. So this is a tracking issue for that.
