VSCE Bug: Missing 2 extension settings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure defaultBranch and remoteUrlReplacements in VS Code setting
2. defaultBranch are not set and no replacements were done for the remote url.

Expected behavior:

All configuration settings are accepted by VS Code

Actual behavior:

defaultBranch and remoteUrlReplacements are currently not being regonized by the extension: Both fields are missing in the setting page:
