Problem to solve

We'll be focusing on gathering feedback from customers, improving ease of setup, documentation and enablement content for ce/sales.

For on-prem customers: how can we make auto-indexing easier to adopt? Can we bundle executors with the core Sourcegraph deployment?

For MI customers: how soon can we enable auto-indexing for them by default? What will billing look like?
