Change "All insights" to "All Insights Available to Me" or similar

A user smartly pointed out that "All Insights" made them think everyone had the same insights dashboard, even though this is "all my insights." But "All my insights" incorrectly implies this is just insight that "my/you" created, not others' insights you can also see. So we should align on wording that makes it clear this screen is user-specific.

Alternatively, long term, we can consider sections of "All insights I created" vs "All insights I can see," but the wording change may be a good short-term fix.
