Commit f5504ee1ffa5c56ad27db6de916d7f9f36b439e5 put repo-updater into a CrashLoopBackoff state on sourcegraph.com. The logs showed the following:

2019/03/27 21:49:37 failed to initialize db store: failed to ping database: pq: database "sourcegraph" does not exist

It was reverted here: https://github.com/sourcegraph/sourcegraph/pull/3019
