insights: expose a reference count for insight view in the GraphQL API

Insight View nodes in the GraphQL API should return a node that represents a count of the total occurrences of that view on dashboards. This count should be global and not permissions bound, so that users can simply know if the view has been shared elsewhere without knowing specifically where.
