insights UX bug: autosave should also work on the select/deselect all repos

This is a non-optimal experience: create a carefully curated list of repos, check the box to see what it does, lose your list. The list should come back – we should autosave so that, in the same session, if you un-check the repo box your list comes back. It does not need to save from page session to page session, though it can if that's less complicated.
