Insights UX bug: the primary "add insights" flow for the dashboard for a first time user has a deadend.

Watch 11:10 to 11:18 here. The user clicks the big button, then has no insights to choose from. Though this modal also should contain a link to "create new insight" like it does here if there are already insights that exist, when there aren't insights the screen is a dead end (see the chorus call). We should add a path to "no insights? Create one" that is similar – a simple text link is fine.
