Wildcard V2 Feedback: JSDoc update

This feedback came out of our monthly Wildcard Component Library survey, which is a roadmap item related to the OKR Frontend devs rate productivity of Wildcard component library 4+ out a scale of 5.

As a form of documentation it'd be awesome if each component's JSDoc contained a link to a search for any uses of that component on sourcegraph.com! That's usually my first stop if I haven't used the component before, or am not sure how to do something specific with it.
