Wildcard V2 Feedback: Dropdown Panel and Draggable Gridview

This feedback came out of our monthly Wildcard Component Library survey, which is a roadmap item related to the OKR Frontend devs rate productivity of Wildcard component library 4+ out a scale of 5.

Add more component that are useful. Eg. dropdown panel (not menu, can have any UI inside), draggable gridview (for arranging homepage panels, search insight charts, search sidebar panels, etc).
