Sourcegraph Browser Extension Failing In Chrome

• Sourcegraph version: 3.34.1
• Platform information: Soucegraph Browser Extension for Chrome v21.11.25.1410

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open up any Sourcegraph Code Intelligence supported language repository on github.com
2. Hover over a function or any other declaration

Expected behavior:

A Sourcegraph popup will appear for finding references or the definition.

Actual behavior:

No popup appears and the Chrome console window displays the following error. Could not load content for webpack://@sourcegraph/browser/inject.bundle.js (HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME)
