Code Insights: [FE] Insight creation flow in the drill-down filters panel doesn't work

At the moment with enabled GQL API for Code Insights functionality save as the new view doesn't work properly.

  • After creation insight doesn't show up in the dashboard where this insight was created (you have to refresh the page to see it).
  • Newly created insight doesn't have any filters in drill-down panels.
