insights: clarify current state of frontend pings

There is some confusion around the current state of pings that are published from the code insights frontend. Lets clarify / test the following as of the most recent release (3.33):

1. Additions / edits / removals for frontend insights
2. Additions / edits / removals for backend insights
3. First time creators (regardless of insight type)
