insights: prototype just in time capture group insights

Prototype building just in time capture group insights. This should run on the insights backend and generate a unique timeseries per capture group match.

• Integrate compute endpoint
• Tabulate results by unique result
• Live preview endpoint
• Persistance for expandable series type
• Modify GraphQL series point resolver to return just-in-time if series demands it
• Modify GraphQL input for create / edit search insight for new flag
• Add generation method information to insight series
