Clicking on help link on sourcegraph.com/search goes to an empty search rather than help

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://sourcegraph.com/search
2. Click on the help icon (?) to the right of the search bar

Expected behavior:

Help page is opened up

Actual behavior:

An empty search is performed
