Post Signup metrics adjustments

Based on an analysis by @artemruts and I, there are two issues with the Post signup events that cause the numbers to be inaccurate.

The ViewPostSignup event is fired whenever the start of the wizard is loaded. Because this occurs after each code host Oauth Connection it could be fired up to 3 times if a user were to signup via email, add GitHub, and add Gitlab.
The ViewUserSettingsRepositories event is also fired when navigating to the repositories view from the settings which causes the post signup funnel to be inaccurate. To correct, rename the event that fires on the repositories view from ViewUserSettingsRepositories to PostSignUp_User_Repositories as defined in the attached Figma file. The inflation of these views can be seen in the large perceived fallout between the first two stages in this funnel.
