Bug Report: Chrome Extension src only searches Sourcegraph cloud

• Sourcegraph version: 3.32
• Platform information: Chrome Extension version: v21.10.15.1603

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Chrome Sourcegraph extension
2. Connect the extension to your Sourcegraph self-hosted instance
3. Type src + Tab in the URL bar and enter query

Expected behavior:

A query is run on your self-hosted instance.

Actual behavior:

The query is run on sourcegraph.com
