Docs version selector

Change the docs version selector to be more user friendly and show more versions.

Good example from GitLab that is clear and space efficient because the UI element to select the version is also responsible for displaying the currently viewed version.

Versions to show

• Current
• 2 minor releases
• Previous major/minor release

Note: Markup in template will be manually updated
