lib/output: migrate away from termbox-go

We currently use termbox-go to get the terminal size when initialising the output library. Unfortunately, termbox-go is "somewhat not maintained anymore", and was always kind of overkill for that use case anyway.

We should find something smaller and more focused that works cross-platform and switch to that.
