The end goal of this issue is to create a summarised list of areas that deal with data fetching within our codebase, and any potential steps to migrate said areas to use our new GraphQL client. This may include:

• High level estimate of effort

Much of the codebase can be updated by the frontend-platform team, but there may some areas that we require different owners to manage
