Org with no display name has empty radio button in new language insight form

At https://sourcegraph.com/insights/create-lang-stats-insight, the thing before the &emdash; should fall back to showing the org name if the display name is empty (or perhaps both should always be shown?).

In this case, the sourcegraph-sentry-testing org (https://sourcegraph.com/organizations/sourcegraph-sentry-testing/settings/profile) had an empty display name as of when this screenshot was taken.
