Code Insights Setup testing — Tracking issue

Plan
To be sure that we didn't break anything with large changes to the code insight logic, we need to have a sufficient number of tests (screenshots, puppeteer, units). This will help us speed up the testing step and remove most of the manual testing.
In order to do that we split this into separate tickets below.
