Design un-authed user flow for code intel

New users do not know code intel exists intel they happen upon it. User feedback strongly supports code intel as both a primary factor in user adoption and a differentiator for Sourcegraph. Initial data suggests that users who experience code intel are twice as likely to convert to retained users.

• Identify ways to promote the existence of code intel to new users
• Create a landing page for code intel
• Work code intel into the user flow through badges, videos, and other means
