Card redesign: standard layout

Description

This issue changes the layout of the standard extension card.

Figma

Specification

• move the logo/icon to the header
• move the publisher to the separate row
• make the description two lines long
• move the toggle (add the enabled / disabled label)

New elements:

• add the header background (details about backgrounds available in the separate issue TODO)
• add number of users / installs
• Add the star rating (possibly later, as a separate project TBD)
