Update components affected by the alert redesign

Some of the components need to be updated after the alert redesign to incorporate new styles. Every component from this changeset needs to be checked. For example: CreateUpdateBatchChangeAlert adds a second icon in the redesign version.

Some components can be skipped if we plan to redesign them in a separate task (e.g., HoverOverlay).
