Add cross-browser Percy snapshots for Code Insights charts

Since we use svg for building insights charts we faced some issues with svg elements in different browsers.

To avoid accidental and unwanted visual changes would be very useful to have cross-browser Percy snapshots for code insights charts. Especially this is important for Firefox since we've seen a lot of differences from other browses behaviour.
